I have been designing and making pageant dress for 26 years and my clients always come first.
I stand behind my work and I will do anything that I can to make sure that you are 100% happy with your garment!!!
I will alter, adjust, or remake anything that you think is not just right.
My dresses are national level glitz and they are stunningly detailed. I offer medium glitz, high
glitz and "mega glitz” pageant dresses for those rhinestone lovers, If you are interested in a Mega Glitz pageant dress,
just let me know and I can give you the details and pricing.
Communications
Communications
is so important to help assure that you will be getting exactly what you want. If you have anything specific that you
want to have on the dress, please let me know. Photos of dresses do help interpret what you want to see on the dress, but
please do not ask me to copy another persons dress, for you are getting a custom, “one of a kind”, pageant dress
with it’s own uniqueness and personality.
Scheduling
When I receive your deposit, you will be given an exact delivery date. Please allow 5 weeks for all
orders and allow time for any adjustments that may need to be made once you receive the final product.
Rush Orders
I do offer
rush orders and I can have dresses out in as little as one week if my schedule allows for it. There is a rush fee of
$100 and this fee does not include the shipping fee.
Ordering and Deposits
Deposit to start your dress is $200 and payment arrangements can be made for the remaining balance.
Please be aware that I am flexible on the payment arrangements, but once set, they MUST be kept or your delivery date will
be pushed back. Deposits are non-refundable and if you choose to cancel your order, you will forfeit your deposit
and all funds sent in. When your deposit is received you will be given
a shipping date. I will do my best to make sure that these dates are kept.

Paypal and other methods of Payment
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. I do except other methods of payments (i.e. money orders and cashier checks) Personal Checks are not accepted.
***Very Important***
Once we have agreed on a date, I will need your photos and all the information on your order form filled
out. I will need for you to specify in one, e-mail,
all details that may pertain to the dress design: (i.e. color, style, and cut). This information will be printed
out and put in your daughter’s file, so be sure to include everything that you want to see on the dress design.
Changes
You are allowed to make changes, such as the style and color of
your garment, but only if supplies have not been purchased yet, and if work has not yet begun on the dress. Once you
order a particular garment and have been given a spot in the book you will not be allowed to change the type of garment ordered.
Color Selection
Color is everything and I am very good with color, but I can only guarantee a color if you send me something
that I can physically match. You may send your own material, but no discounts will be given.
Balance Due
Your final balance plus shipping is due two weeks before your item is scheduled
to be finished. If you are not paid in full at this point it will delay completion of your garment. I don't accept E-Checks
for final payment. Thank you.
You will have 7 days once your garment is received to notify me of any changes that will need to be made
and to have it back in the mail.
Measurements
I have spent years at mastering the art of designs dresses, so PLEASE take time to make sure your
measurements are accurate. This is VERY important for I do not use patterns,
only your measurements are used for your custom made dress.
If you need help or are unsure please ask. When
you fill out the measurement chart please contact me to confirm that I have received it and please retain a copy for yourself.
